DI DONG IL CODE OF EHTICS

DI DONG IL strives to improve corporate value through efficient management activities
and to become a trusted entity by faithfully performing its obligations and responsibilities as a listed company.
It also respects domestic and foreign laws and market order, takes the initiative in establishing fair trade order,
respects social values and customs, and contributes to the development of the nation and society through various social contribution activities.
Therefore, DI DONG IL establishes and actively practices the code of ethics to create a sound and fair corporate culture.

1. Protection of Shareholder's Rights

· The company protects shareholders' rights and respects shareholders' legitimate demands and suggestions.

2. Active information provision

· The company records and manages accounting data in accordance with generally recognized accounting principles to provide transparent financial position and management performance.

6. Basic Ethics of Employees

7. Prohibition of bribes and entertainment

· Executives and employees do not receive money, gifts, or entertainment from stakeholders such as clients.

· Executives and employees shall not provide gifts and entertainments beyond the scope of money and valuables or recognition in social norms to stakeholders, such as clients, in connection with the company's affairs.

8. Compliance with the Code of Ethics

· All executives and employees shall faithfully comply with the Code of Ethics, and if they violate it, they shall be responsible for the relevant actions.

· Executives and employees shall prevent recurrence through thorough investigation and education in the event of violations of the Code of Ethics.
